Drain the old oil. Put in new oil. Get a new battery and a new plugin. Clean the carburetor. Put some gas. This should get it going. Adjustments to the carburetor after the start, make sure the starter is the way to the open position. That's what it takes to get to run my old Honda 73 'too. You may have to restart. The turn and begin to grow in the driveway or where space is sometimes it works.
I replaced the spark, carbs rebuilt, and run oil and gas in me, but not until the battery is replaced, so make sure you do if you can use regardless of how miles are included in the price, these are the things that you do when something has been sitting the whole time, its standard procedures.
Drain all the gas out of it put new gas test in it up again, you use from the liquid during execution, will crank
To start first gas outlet and a plug for a new gas-plug hole and try to, if not u may need to do several times
Replaced After draining all fluids and with new material, I spray a bit of diesel in the cylinder head to lubricate the piston rings first smear, and a little Seafoam gas additive in the following carbohydrates and let stand at least an hour.
Pour a little gas in the tank for good measure while you're there.
Invite your battery, or better yet, get another one.
Well, crank up your engine with the cover removed, but grounded in the cylinder head. This will protect the cylinder head without internal punctuation.
Now get ready for the return to the engine. This can be a long way to go, but you can see the results, IMO.
I think the tank was emptied and kept in order. If this is the case, so if you have a well-equipped shop the best solution to the care of spark plugs and ether (the candle). This will get'em.
I would like to add that my path would be easier and more fun.
